This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

We used Reeds Rains in Bangor to let our property several times and have always received a good service. Sarah has been great and always found us excellent tennents. Some cheaper letting agents have opened in Bangor, but decided not to chance it as we have to date received a quality hassle free service. Would recommend.

GoogleAll the staff (Reece, Karis and Sarah) were amazing during our house move. From the moment our house went on the market right up to completion they work extremely hard. They were courteous in showing potential buyers around. They were constantly updating us and chasing up and down the chain once we had sold. . Their hard work was particularly evident as another estate agent in the chain "does not do chasing of Solicitors" and this made it very difficult for us to find out what was happening. Despite this the team at Reeds would contact all the Solicitors and other ahents to get updates. The team were amazing, I can't recommend them enough. We have previously used Reeds Rains and had the same service then. If we ever sell again Reeds Rains would be the only agents we would use.

GoogleFabulous experience. Rhys in particular has stood out as the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few). He has been on the ball and kept us well informed throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is deserving of a meritorious award for his representation of Reeds Rains. Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.

GoogleI just rent my house from Sarah and Rhys. A great team from Reeds Rains . Excellent in keeping me informed for every step along the road to getting my new house . They were always there to answer my questions. Both of them went above and beyond to get me in, within 1 and a half weeks. They even opened the office earlier to finish the process and give me the keys!!! Bravo guys fantastic job. Thank you.

Can not give 0 stars. Castleford branch reeds rain’s absolutely shocking. Paid a Fully managed service and house after letting was a disgrace and damaged. No help. Don’t reply to calls or emails. No respect for customers. No respect for property. I would not let them manage a Wendy house. Incompetent.
