Having not sold a property for a very very long time I was apprehensive about the whole process. Richard Hague ( Doncaster) and the delightful ladies who answer the telephone, so far have made the sale very stress free. The help and advice the whole team have shared with me has been brilliant. The Team at Reids Rains on the Ormeau Road, namely, Ryan, Grainne and Eileen were excellent right throughout the process. They were always professional, courteous and helpful, pointing us in the right direction. From arranging viewings to negotiations, as well as constantly keeping in touch about the latest developments, they were very supportive. I would highly recommend them to you.

We chose RR after getting valuations for 4 companies. The sales brochure and metaport videos were excellent. Initially we have plenty of viewings, things quietened over winter so we took if off the market. We re marketed with a price reduction in spring and quickly had an offer.RR helped arrange a conveyancer: perhaps not our best decision.RR were calm in a crisis when completion approached and the very long chain was getting fraught. Completion day was smooth.Overall, very happy.

DO NOT RENT WITH REEDS RAINS!When you first find a property to rent with Reeds Rains they are incredibly polite and very friendly. Throughout the full tenancy they were helpful but a bit slow at times. The reason for this bad review is that their end of lease process is an utter nightmare. The moment you decide to hand your keys in, they no longer act on your behalf and instead decide to take the landlord's side on all issues and disputes, as they are the people paying the bills. The end of lease co-ordinator they assigned to me is rude, aggressive and regularly makes me feel stupid at every possible opportunity. They deal with hundreds of people at a time and their approach is not personal or understanding, it is as if they are reading off a script full of corporate language. The photos they take on the final inspection are not indicative of what it actually looks like and it felt like they did everything possible to try and take money off our deposit.To top it all off, if they do detect an issue with the condition of your property, you have no choice but to accept the cost quoted by their preferred contractor, which is charging us nearly £200 to clean a mark off a carpet. I will never again consider renting through Reeds Rains and feel absolutely betrayed by them.

House purchase took over 8 months. Sometimes this can just happen due to unforeseen circumstances but this estate agent never, ever once called me back when I requested an update. 9 months in, I am now in the property. I have been waiting over a week for them to call back to supply burglar alarm code. Guess what? No response. Had to ask the neighbour to call the previous owner for the code. Absolute joke of a firm.

GoogleI would like to make everyone aware at just how amazing it was to deal with Karis at Reeds Rains Bedworth. Karis was absolutely amazing and delivered a 10 star service throughout the entire selling journey. Karis chased the chain, kept me up to date and often told me information before my solicitor told me. I would recommend Reeds and Karis to anyone. Thanks Karis for all your help.

Due to renew my contract and switch out a tennant-sent request a month prior to tenancy end date and 1 week before my tenancy is due to end I’m told the guy who deals with this is on holiday…when rang up to enquire rudely been told to wait till he’s back…as there is only one person who deals with this…absolute joke of a service…left a week out of my contract end date with no idea what’s going on…

The estate agent is so untrustworthy. The house we purchases with many problem, bad boulder, broken bathtub and broken faucets. Estate agent said they have no obligation to ask the seller to fix the problem before they hand over the house to the new buyer, and teased us we had learn from a lesson and never make any mistake when we purchase a house next time. I want to say is that, no one have many chances to buy a dream house in their lifetime.

Changed to Reeds Rains after a frustrating time with Purplebricks. The service we received from Daniel and his staff was excellent. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic to get our property sold. There were hiccups with the sale for various reasons not associated with the estate agent (illness of someone in the chain, mortgage offers rescinded after lockdown ...) but all were dealt with swiftly to ensure our house was sold. Would recommend them.

TrustpilotStay well away, uneducated, unqualified, the worst of customer service.
At the start these guys seemed just like any other Estate Agent, extremely keen to get you signed up, saying all the right things and being very positive to get you on board. Yes they did get the house sold, but given the current market any other agent could have done the same. That's when the problems began, lack of chasing, lack of communication, lack of relevant and important information, constantly having to call them to then be told often inaccurate information or information they had to hand days ago but neglected to pass on. Constant excuses include we're really busy at the moment from the most useless of them all Hayley. Whatever you do avoid these at all costs. I could rant more and make derogatory remarks about most of them but at then end of the day they are just very inept individuals with very little experience or qualification unable to deliver any semblance of customer service. I am still waiting on them providing relevant information, which has been holding up completion for over a week now. They are refusing to chase the information and are seem to actually be taking great pleasure in causing us more and more problems every day. I would recommend that you look elsewhere when it comes to an estate agent, don't be fooled by the positive attitude to get you signed up, it soon degrades into downright stupidity.

Reeds Rains has been looking after my property for almost 15 years now. Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.

I would thoroughly recommend Reed Rains Clevedon, if you are looking to sell or buy a property. I found Craig and his team to be extremely efficient and professional at all times. They kept me informed and were always friendly and courteous. They work hard to achieve a good selling price.Not at all surprised they achieved an award this year very well deserved. No 1 in Clevedon for customer service in my experience.

Landlords beware: Avoid Liverpool lettings branch at all cost. They are unprofessional and take no responsibility for their role in managing a landlord's property. On terminating them they had a change of management. The manager is even worse than the previous one and said there was no record of a set of keys held by the office so they were not responsible for replacing them! Rather than accepting their incompetence and trying to put things right they deny they held a set! I changed the locks but they said they would only pay for new keys. If tenants lose keys they have to pay for a new lock but the same rule does not apply to the Management agent!!They also held onto the £200 cash float for months after I terminated them as my agent. The service for the year they managed the property was appalling and they would not let me change to an unmanaged tenure. READ THE SMALL PRINT: in fact once they manage your property you can never change to finder's fee only. I had to terminate completely at the end of the let and not renew with the same tenant!It has been a ghastly experience dealing with Reeds Rains. They are constantly covering their backs and take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong.AVOID

TrustpilotAvoid as a landlord. They are useless and you will never get the support you need.
On a fully managed service, they found me difficult tenants and then did not support through the tenancy or after the tenancy. Despite explaining that I was pregnant at the time and wanted a stress free tenant, they knowingly gave me a tenant who had failed referencing (and did not inform me of this but instead pulled the wool over my eyes saying everything was fine). A multitude of issues then stemmed from this tenancy and the various departments at Reeds Rains have failed to support me throughout and after the tenancy.I am now out of pocket financially paying for issues this tenant created in my property as I was assured by Reeds Rains that they had started a claim with ZDG. Having spoken with ZDG directly, this claim was not on their system. Generally speaking, if you ask them for something/their help on something/an update, you will be met with silence. You can keep chasing, but you will never get an answer to your question. Even if you call, they'll say they'll get back to you, but they won't. Even if you call multiple times with the same questions.Reeds Rains have caused me, and continue to cause me (even after I have moved my property away from them), an incredible amount of stress.Please avoid them.

I wouldn’t recommend renting from this estate agent as they are a nightmare to get your security deposit back from. My landlord agreed to return my full security deposit and 18 days and numerous excuses later from advisors in the moving out team and I still am without my deposit. They wouldn’t know good customer service if it smacked them in the face.And their response says to email that address I have and I’ve emailed a complaint but yet can respond to trust pilot but not my emails
