I have had a lovely experience with Haart so far, this is my first renting a whole house and Thomas has been very helpful, welcoming and cheerful from the start. Our viewing felt relaxed and we had plenty of time to look at the house without feeling rushed or pressured at all. Thomas also indulged us in our plans of what we could do with each of rooms which was fun and encouraging. When starting the paperwork Thomas has been on hand to answers any and all questions and has been supportive with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them! The others I have spoken to at Haart have been just as effusive, leaving me smiling every time I have spoken to them. I am very positive in anticipation of my move :)

I’ve been in contact with Ida Matczak who has been very professional in arranging contractors to repair damages to my property, Ida's communication is excellent keeping myself up to date with how things were going whilst the repairs were been completed. Ida has been fantastic, very helpful, professional and committed in completing all tasks I gave her in helping me with my property. Thomas and Nicola have gone above and beyond from the moment i clicked for details on the property.Thomas called me and arranged a viewing within hours and showed me the property himself. He was professional and enthusiastic about the property, he answered every question i had and more very knowledgeable about the property and what he didn’t know he called me back within an hour of the viewing. I did have a few problems with my end of things but nothing has been to much trouble dealing with issues at every crossroad also supporting me as its been an emotional time. I had to pop into the office at one point and Nicola treated me like a friend with compassion and was very caring towards my needs and issues and gave me some very kind words. Thomas has been at the end of the phone every step of the way with the same compassion and care. I wouldn’t be collecting the keys to my fresh start today if it wasn’t for these 2 very special people. I cant thank them enough. In particular, Nicola, Ida and Thomas were really helpful and made the whole experience positive. I have dealt with Haart from buying a flat through to renting it out and can honestly say I have complete trust in them and doubt I would go to anyone else! Their continuity is outstanding, particularly Nicola Lewis who remembers all the small things and takes out all the stress for me. She definitely goes above and beyond to do everything she can for you, such as when my father died in 2018 just before getting new tenants in, she took the load completely off me and sorted everything out in my absence. No question is too small or silly, I feel safe in their hands.

Booked a house viewing with heart taken the day off work and they couldn’t even be bothered to show up or call me very bad customer service! No wonder property sits on the market for ages with estate agents like this. Would not recommend steer clear if you want your house viewed! Do better heart !
