GoogleHaart contacted me to ask if I had any properties to let, and I had one property with a few issues that I wanted to let rooms in. Most agents would have struggled with what I wanted, but Nicola, Ciaran, snd the rest of the team rapidly and effectively did the job to a high standard, managing several small problems along the way. The inventories produced were also of a very high stsndard. Highly professional, polite, prompt service.

GoogleQuote for the sales process was double what 3 other local estate agents were offering so obviously I couldn't see the value in getting Haart to sell my property. After informing them that I had put my property on the market with another agents for half the price and a less gimmicky sale, I had 5 follow up calls asking if I'd made a decision about selling my property. Clearly no internal communication and very frustrating to say the least.

GoogleI have been renting a property with Haart Lettings for 3 years now, and I’m very pleased with Kate, with every problem/ change of sharer I’ve had she’s been extremely helpful and very responsive. With the recent pandemic and influx of work, she’s still has given us plenty of her time and I’m very grateful! GoogleAfter 8 weeks on the market with 2 local agents and no interest , Haart have found us a buyer within 4 weeks ! James Hughes and the rest of the team are a group of very dedicated professional people and deserve to go far . We needed to sell quickly to secure our onward purchase and were really thinking our new house could fall through when we had no interest through local agents . James assured us that he would find a buyer and he did ! He has a very pro-active approach , a pleasant manner , and clearly enjoys his work . We are extremely happy that we put our faith in this office and will definitely personally recommend to anyone we hear of looking to sell . Well done and a big THANKYOU James !

GoogleThe flat provided by haart is great, the procedures are formal and fast. It's haart's branch manager Nicola Lewis who helps me rent the flat. She is a professional and kindness person, working on her day off in order to help me move in early carefully prepared chopsticks for I am a Chinese patiently answering my questions(I am new here with lots of question) I really appreciate Nicola's help all the way.

GoogleHaart's have been a really brilliant estate agent. My contact there Hannah Cleave, has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Firstly helping me find my first ever property to buy (when I had been searching for ages and was losing the will!) and then throughout the process of the sale. Hannah has always been very responsive and really professional but also super friendly and helpful. She has been brilliant at keeping me informed of every process, chasing solicitors and moving things along for me to ensure a smooth as possible transaction. I would definitely recommend Haart's estate agent in Fishponds and Hannah in particular.

GoogleThese guys really know what their doing, Alex in particular was very helpful. They took beautiful photos of my flat and created a really good advert to sell it, I was able to achieve the asking price within a very short period of time. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and supported me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
