GoogleHaart sold our house in 12 days which we are very happy with. The service we received from start to finish has been excellent, we can not fault them at all. We have only had contact with a few people which are mainly Justine, also Eva &Callum. All of them have kept us updated all the way along, from viewings all the way though to the sale plus sorting stuff with the solicitors. I would like to thank you all for helping it happen so quickly.

GoogleMy tenancy overall was a nightmare. Taking a long time to respond to queries, very large deposit payments and just generally constant miscommunication between different colleagues. Bethany Jenkins in the property management team is the only saving grace for that company, I called to find out when I was going to recieve my security deposit back and she resolved it the same day and confirmed the full amount I was receiving back from Haart. If it wasn't for her, I would give this company 1 star.

They provided frequent and detailed communication and advised on all the steps associated with the sale. They have a unique marketing plan which resulted in my house being sold within a week of it being on the market. I would definitely recommend Haart and its friendly team in Fishponds. GoogleWe sold our house through Haart recently. Not as cheap as the 'competition' but Eva at Haart was worth every penny. Outstanding service. She is decent, open, engaging, savvy and strategic. She didn't undersell our property for a quick sale, nor patronise us or pressure with a hard sell. She goes above and beyond to progress the sale and ease any stresses on both sides. Quick to communicate and respond and a joy to deal with. She is an absolute asset to the agency and I have highly recommended her to friends and others looking to sell. Without a doubt the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. I was actually sad when the sale completed as she had made the process.... dare I say it...enjoyable. Massive thumbs up from us.

GoogleWe have just had a really excellent experience selling our house with Haarts of Fishponds. Eva-Jayne especially took us through the whole process with great calmness and efficiency showing tremendous experience of the business, particularly allaying any anxieties and solving any problems that arose (and sometimes they did). She also came round personally to help with legal forms we were not always sure about - I am not aware of any other Estate Agent who would be prepared to do this. Callum too, although not as experienced, was always a friendly voice who tried to help as much as he could. We really do highly recommend them.

GoogleWe were having trouble with the house we had already got, to the point where we had to start looking again a month before we planned on moving. we found a house with haart and it took 2 days for us to do the work of what had taken months. One of these days even being the weekend where the lovely Nicola Lewis stayed after the office had closed to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also the one who showed us around the house, she was bubberly and lovely the whole time and made every part of the process really clear for us whilst making us laugh and feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this letting agents, as a student I have found with others to be put down and assumed we make mistakes. Not once with haart from the initial phone call i made to inquire all the way to the contracts.

GoogleI came to Haart with apprehension. Back in 2012, I had a terrible experience with them, and I swore to never deal with them again. Forward seven years later, they were the agency marketing a property we were really interested in, so I decided to ignore my prejudice. I am pleased to report that dealing with agent Callum Sully, I have been impressed by his professionalism, his promptness to respond, and his effectiveness. He is truly a credit to his profession, and to his employer. I hope this continues, and I would unconditionally vouch for his services.

I recieved a high offer after just 3 viewings which were conducted by Justine and Aryan (who both ensured I was provided helpful feedback after each viewing). I would recommend this agency as the communication has been brilliant. I really appreciated my case having been allocated to one employee, Justine, as she kept me up to date with requests for information from my buyer.

Having travelled a great distance and having taken time away from work to view a particular property, we were disappointed that the estate agent did not show up or reply to our calls or emails as we tried to trace them. To make matters worse, we weren't informed that the property had already been letted despite us having booked a viewing.

GoogleWe signed up with Haart as we needed to sell our property at short notice to secure the purchase of our new one. We have been very impressed - both by the level of their service and their approach - which has far exceeded the "estate agency by numbers, stick on the internet and wait" attitude we'd widely encountered previously. Our valuation and listing was carried out by Nigel, who offered a lot of advice and took some of the best property photography I've seen - including some creative angles and "lifestyle shots", above and beyond the usual static room shots. The place looked great - which resulted in a large number of viewings in the first few days. We were looked after during the process by James (who was also excellent) who handled all the viewings brilliantly - really selling the different features to buyers ,above and beyond just pointing out the rooms. He contacted us often and took a personal interest in getting our place sold. The Haart team's work resulted in us receiving two offers within the first ten days. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they genuinely offer a higher value service than a generic high street agent, using technology, great service and social media to drive interest and viewings. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleI'm not one to leave reviews on sites like Google - so me wanting to write this is a testament to my happiness with the service I have had from Haart Clifton. Alex has kept me in the loop from day one and has worked with me to make sure we had the best advert we could get for my flat. Nigel and Amy did a sterling job getting and confirming viewings for our launch weekend and at showing them around on the day. From that launch weekend the flat has sold stc. and at a price over what was expected. I am more than happy!
