Had a truly awful experience with Haart over the two years I was a tenant with them. - Poor responsiveness all throughout the tenancy even when we had a major leak in the ceiling... - They were very sneaky with their correspondance to the landlord and suggested a rent increase in order to save the landlord having to pay contract renewal fees for the property, this increase followed an increase the previous year and was not in line with inflation. - Upon leaving the property and having to pay a separate deposit for my new place it took them over 7 weeks to finalise the exit paperwork for me to get my deposit back from the new tenant. Would not deal with again.

I have been struggling to find a property at the moment. I am a single mum with 2 babies who is currently receiving benefits. So finding a place has been harder as so many landlords don’t take housing benefits and some don’t take children. I have had no luck in finding a place. I phoned Haart the other night upon seeing a property advertised that suited my requirements. When I phoned I spoke with a lovely lady called Nicola Lewis, who let me know that there was so many enquires about this property. However, she spent a while on the phone with me and tried her hardest to find me somewhere. She asked plenty of questions to really get a great idea of what would be my ideal property. Took plenty of time and effort into finding me somewhere. She sent across a property to me, which upon considering I felt it wouldn’t suit me but had great potential! She is back to searching for me and has been great! Really polite, friendly and kind. She’s been an amazing help and give me the hope that I will get somewhere and hopefully soon! If you’re looking for someone to find you your dream property and do it with so much enthusiasm and thought put into it definitely phone haart and ask for Nicola! They answer really quick, are all great and have helped so much already! Thank you again for all of your help to the brilliant team and Nicola!

Cannot fault the team at Fishponds, the whole team were lovely and always happy to assist. Ciaran dealt with me directly for the property I am now renting and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better; very professional, quick to respond, great communication but also very personable. I’d also like to mention Kate, the Property Manager, who was lovely and ensured the latter part of the process went quickly and very smoothly. These guys have set the bar very high and I really really hope I can come to them again. Thank you all for making this a stress free (and actually enjoyable!) experience.

Me and my wife sold our house quickly and easily thanks to the wonderful people at Haart. They had the passion for the job and particularly loved the walk-around video they made of the house to market it online. I don't think I could have been more comfortable in trusting people with the sale of our house than we were with Callum and Eva. Would highly recommend those in the fishponds area if you are looking at buying or selling, use Haart!

I should have moved to Haart years ago! After having nightmare agents for years. Nicola truly goes above and beyond. She is always on the end of the phone when I need to ask silly questions and doesn’t laugh at me.
