GoogleI've just completed a first-time purchase with the team at Haart Fishponds. Hannah's communication was excellent throughout the process of an at times challenging sale, and the team were quick to respond to queries and provide information by both telephone and email. Hannah, Tracy and Eva were all friendly, courteous and professional, anyone dealing with them will be in good hands.

GoogleMy dealings with this company have been dreadful they never respond to emails they never ring you back .we are now trying to get our deposit back they tried to charge for things that we had taken photos of and reported to them when we moved in . It’s now nearly 4 months and still no repayment of deposit . Please be aware they do not have any interest in offering the tenant nor in my opinion the owners any decent service I will endeavour to never deal with them again

GoogleThe absolute worst human beings I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have been put through weeks of lies and misinformation, haart lettings consistently failed to communicate and meet deadlines meaning that the move in date has been pushed back by nearly a month, meaning I have had to give up the tenancy and move elsewhere, being essentially homeless in this period. Following the utter incompetence haart lettings had the balls to suggest that the communication on my end was the problem, despite simultaneously labelling me as a "prolific caller", haart were also extremely unprofessional and patronising, taking absolutely 0 responsibility for the outcome of the property. Utterly useless. Avoid at all costs!
