She scheduled viewings right away and immediately understood our budget and preferences. She sent new listings to suggest we see and always kept in contact. GoogleWe had a really tough time with our purchase... everything that could go wrong did! Haart were the Estate Agents for the vendors of the property we were purchasing and I have to say that if they had not been so competent, knowledgable and determined - I think the chain may have fallen through. It took a very long and stressful 6 months but Amie, Callum and Julia at haart made it a lot easier with their caring, polite and helpful attitude. I know they went above and beyond to keep the chain together. I think many Estate Agents will claim to have 'great customer service' as a way of selling themselves - but Haart genuinely do. I would definitely recommend them if you're selling your home, and if you're buying a property through Haart - then you're very lucky.

GoogleI am so pleased with Haart (Clifton), my property had been on the market previously with other agents so Haart were starting on the back foot but they have got more viewings in the 1st week than the other agents did in months. The property description was very comprehensive and the pictures were a really good standard. I visited the office to meet Tony (Mortgage Advisor) who was both knowledgeable and helpful and in doing so met the rest of the team, they are very up beat and pro-active and I was impressed at how much they all knew about my property and the buzz in the office. In particular I would like to mention Nigel Fudge who came out originally to do valuation, his advice on marketing has opened our property up to a wider range of potential buyers and his explanation of Flink results was helpful, then Stephen Stapleton who thus far has accompanied all viewings, going above and beyond in dealing with my errant dog to enable a pleasant viewing experience, also Arayan who has been on the end of the phone and sorted potential problems immediately and updated me on progress. All 3 have kept me in the loop with how things are going and Stephen has reported back, without fail, after every viewing.

GoogleWe are looking for a new house and Aryan assist us for this house hunting. He is very professional when he finds a property is able to answer all the questions we have, that means go in details to find all the features of a property. It is the first time that I find an agent so well prepared. It happened few times that I sent email with clarifications and question out of office hours and even during the week-end and he always replied to me. He is honest person which is a top quality that you want to find in an agent, he is keen to close a deal and find the best solution for seller and buyer. Highly recommend to have Aryan as agent.

GoogleGreedy people in this branch they will do anything for extra money. I placed a offer in this house got accepted even went to their own mortgage advisor got the mortgage. Then few days later they gave the property to someone else. Even though they promised me they not going to take any offer in and this has messed up my credit file and I've lost a lot of money in between that time. I never left a bad review but this has been a horrible experience they don't care where you end up, they just want extra money. This has happened last year but now I have got my house I want, but it took me that long just to rebuild my credit file.

GoogleJames Hughes came over to talk to me about how Haart could help sell my property that had been on the market with another estate agent for a while. He clearly explained how Haart would market the property and their terms and conditions, which helped me make an informed decision. I decided to change estate agent to go with Haart, which subsequently gave my estate agent the motivation to get an offer in before my contract ended. In the end I sold my property before starting business with Haart, but I am convinced it would have taken a lot longer had I not had their help.
