Having made an initial online enquiry for properties- Thomas took the time to call me initially and leave a really friendly and professional message. They didn't keep us up to date with anything. Promised to ring every Monday with updates and didn't. Told us the had plenty of clients to view. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Just bad communications. Would not recommend them to sell your house. A week after taking off the market with them the for sale sign is still up outside the house!!! Also they are very expensive.

I thoroughly recommend Haart on Whiteladies Road, who recently sold a flat for me. The photos and video for the advert were great, and their 3D floor plan really looked like my flat. Nigel the manager’s positive approach seems to rub off, as Justine and the rest of the team were all focused on finding people a place they’d be happy to call home.
