Having tried a few more traditional high street agents and having no joy I decided to see what on online service could offer though rentanyproperty.co.uk. the experience was good not only by finding a suitable tennant within a couple of viewings but by the whole process of creating a great online advertisement, communication and converting leads into viewings, organising tennant references, tenancy agreement, gas/electric ceftificates. I have to say that rentanyproperty platform is easy to use and navigate. House descriptions are clear and to my knowledge accurate. Direct and immediate contact with the landlord is a plus. The whole process with background check and all was also easy to do and to understand. In my situation rentanyproperty founder's input was really valuable. Kind and understanding to the small nuances that came up he was and very accommodating. Also rentanyproperty representative's response to the problems with the house was immediate.
