Jamal and the team have made renting out my mother‘s property and absolute breeze. The easy to use website is really helpful and means I can do things in my own time rather than during working hours when there’s somebody there to assist! The property was let very quickly, and when the lady who viewed then wanted to move in just four days later, Jamal was able to prepare and turn around the tenancy agreement getting it all signed, within that timeframe. Highly recommended.

I have been a tenant with rentanyproperty for a few years. I can definitely say their service is outstanding. I locked myself out this afternoon. I contacted them on Sunday afternoon to see if they can let me know. To my surprise within an hour of calling them they managed to let me in. I am so pleased my landlord chose them to manage the property and to add as they are local they were able to let me in despite it being a Sunday. If it was not for them I would have no option but to call a locksmith. Thank you Rentanyproperty for being so amazing.

I highly recommend rentanyproperty, registering and putting the advert up took no time at all. It was live on rightmove within minutes. From putting the advert up within 20 mins I had the first response on which a viewing and let agreed within less than 3 hours of the advert going live. I am an experienced landlord and was shocked how quickly the process was, within the week the new tenant is now in the property. In comparison fee wise to a normal letting agent the savings are around £600-700 for the services I used. The website and portal is very well put together & user friendly, with notifications being sent to you via text & email. Jamal was more than helpful along the way and was there if I needed any assistance which would be ideal for a 1st time landlord or novice to property rentals, he also offers a wide range of services for all needs.

Jamal comes highly recommended. I have used other estate agents before but after I was told about him and his team I thought I would used them as my estate agent and was not hugely impressed with his all round expertise. "I signed up to use Find any Property just a few weeks ago as I had a 2 bedroomed apartment to let. Previously I have advertised property on SpareRoom and Facebook but I have to say that Find any Property was much easier to use. Avoid This Real Estate Agency at All Costs!!! Our experience with RentAnyProperty has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, we faced blatant disregard for our clear communication and an appalling lack of professionalism. Over 8 weeks before the end of our tenancy, we explicitly informed the agency via email that we would not be extending our stay beyond the agreed end date. Shockingly, two weeks before this end date, they contacted us, claiming they would not accept our email and that we were forced to stay and pay rent for an additional eight weeks. Despite our legal dispute, they pointed to an obscure clause buried deep in the tenancy agreement, requiring a written letter to their Bedford office, a requirement we were never made aware of. Our landlord, driven solely by greed, knew the rent value would depreciate after we left, as we were paying a premium for being the first tenants in a new property. Instead of finding a solution, the landlord and the estate agency showed complete indifference to our situation. The agency promised to help us exit the tenancy early by finding new tenants but organised only one viewing and failed to list the property anywhere. This lack of effort clearly demonstrated their disinterest in helping us. The immense stress and financial pressure caused by this situation were entirely disregarded by both the landlord and the estate agency. We had just purchased a new property, and their inflexibility and unprofessionalism placed us under significant duress. Adding insult to injury, after we moved out, they attempted to impose unnecessary charges totaling £300 on top of seizing our entire deposit. Only after disputing these charges and demanding invoices did we manage to reclaim nearly half of our deposit. This experience was not isolated. Our neighbors, including a heavily pregnant woman, also suffered from the agency's and landlord's unscrupulous practices, causing severe negative impacts on their mental health. In summary, RentAnyProperty epitomises the worst aspects of property management. Their greed, lack of transparency, and total disregard for tenant welfare make them an estate agency to be avoided at all costs. Our distressing experience should serve as a warning to potential tenants. Save yourself the stress and financial burden and look elsewhere!!!!!!!!

The initial viewing at the property went well, I put an offer in and my details were passed to Jamal. Dealing with Jamal was nothing but stress, he held an unprofessional tone when speaking over the phone, did not follow up with the landlord, did not communicate further to myself. Was patronising and insensitive. Although the properly was such a great fit for myself, the thought of dealing with Jamal throughout the tenancy has made me look elsewhere. As a landlord I would think twice before allowing Jamal to deal with the lettings. Before I was even able to put down a holding deposit Jamal’s attitude completely put me off.
