There was no hard sell, no pressure, no unrealistic promises just practical advice all the way through. Such a pleasing change. We are first time buyers and he helped us more than our solicitors. Ian is a very busy person. Brilliant communication, always returned our calls. It is a very long process but they provided us with lots of guidance. Lovely Dawn is always quick to help in all situations. 100% recommended for buying and selling.
