GoogleI would highly recommend using Mantons Estate agents, the experience has been incredibly pleasant with their staff being top professionals. Hamzah Shah in particular has helped us purchase our first home, He was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, flexible for our needs and exceptionally professional from start to finish. A lovely gentleman that doesn’t mess people around, i would highly recommend Hamzah and Mantons for purchasing or selling a house and will definitely be using them again in the future.

TrustpilotMy fence has been damaged by Manton's…
My fence has been damaged by Manton's estate agents board contractor ( Agency express ). They installed their sale board on fence post due to the heavy board my fence started to wobble. After notifying this issue to Manton's estate agent from Feb- 2026 it has been told fence post was already loose and told they will not take any responsibility. Fence has been changed recently and it was in good condition but the board contractor didn't want to fix it so they are ignoring saying post was like this before which is not true. They would not been able to install the board in first place if the fence post was in good condition. It is very disappointing after chasing for 3 months via e-mail and phone calls they are not fixing it just saying it was like that before which is not true.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home with Mantons and had a seamless experience. Nicole was super helpful and explained everything at each stage to us. The home was in probate and they also helped us navigate this situation. They were easy to contact and communicated with us whenever there was any update. As a first-time buyer, the experience can be a little unnerving but Nicole and Mantons made this very easy for us and I am very grateful for their personal and professional service.

Google2nd Mantons have gone above and beyond to sell our house and we even brought one off them too 6 week turn around and we couldn’t of asked for a great estate agents to do this for us the staff Nicole and Tommy were amazing working along side Leah and Ian nothing was too much for them even if I did ring them 10 times a day 😂😂😂 a***** company

As a complete novice entering the world of house sales I have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support given to me by Ian and his team. From start to finish they were always approachable, easy to contact, and swift to resolve any questions or queries. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me updated at all points from entering the market to completion of the sale. I would thoroughly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleThis is the third time in as many years I have used Manton's, it was a probate sale relating to my parents house and fair to see not the easiest of transactions. On three occasions the property fell through albeit not in anyway the fault of the Manton team. All told the house took nearly a year to complete, throughout this time they were super professional, very re-assuring and available throughout. There were many difficult conversations with Tommy Fletcher, Sales Consultant was impressed with his calm and composed manor especially as always he responded within the timelines he committed to. Not every sale goes to plan however the measure of a god team is when you are constantly informed and kept across the comms and the detail even if isn't what you always want to hear.

I was always notified of viewings & members of the team were accommodating when it came to access of the keys & the property. They took the time to give me feedback on viewings & advice when it came to offers. This was a sensitive sale & they always made me feel heard. Even when we were trying to exchange they proved to be great advocates in getting updates from the buyers solicitor which my solicitor was unable to do. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion. They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.' They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again! After meeting three different estate agents for valuations and quotes, Mantons were best for lowest commission and shortest contract tie in time. They marketed the property well and advertised on all platforms, arranged and attended all viewings even over the Christmas/New year period. We managed to secure a buyer within 2.5 weeks. We had a long conveyancing period but Mantons remained responsive, reassuring and supportive throughout that time.

The whole process took around 3 months and I really wanted to say thanks to Nicole and Leah who were the most professional, but also understanding and patient with me when ever I called them and answered all my questions.. if I ever buy a house again I’ll be sure to go with Mantons again..!

My experience with Mantons was fantastic. The team are friendly, and knowledgeable. Imogen especially worked so hard during and after the sale of my property, helping liaise with the buyers, giving me updates when she said she would, which meant I trusted what she said and I had no doubt at all that Imogen would do what she said when she said which and at such a stressful time was very much needed and appreciated. Any questions I had were always answered in a very timely manner. Mantons were professional throughout my whole experience with them and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommend them to everyone.
