GoogleWe have recently sold through Goodacres and this wasn’t our first time with them, we were totally happy last time we used them but this time round, with Covid in play, we still managed to get our sale through to the end and now in our new property. I have to mention the wonderful Stacy, who with her sensible calm advice put us at ease right to the end. Fantastic estate agents, you need look no further. Thanks guys 🥰🥰🥰

GoogleMy partner and I bought our first house together via Goodacres. They were really wonderful from start to finish, making the whole complex process comprehensible and painless. From the initial viewings with Josh to completing the later stages with Stacy, we had a great experience. The only issue we had was with delays - but they ultimately came from the sellers' end and the Goodacres team were very, very helpful in chasing the sellers up and finding out information whenever the process seemed like it might stall. GoogleWouldn't recommend if you are looking to purchase a property through them. Extremely disappointed with the service they provide to the buyers. Goodacres couldn't even provide the property to be left in reasonable state!

She kept us up to date with what was happening, and did her utmost to ensure that challenges and delays were quickly overcome. Whilst we have no plans to move again for a long time, when we do we would not hesitate to speak to Goodacres again.

GoogleAmazing service from day 1. We purchased a property and sold ours through Goodacres. Through a process that was quite stressful due to solicitors and issues that arose, they were constantly on it and dealing with it before I even had time to worry! They sold our house within 10days and helped us to get the best deal on the house we purchased. Definitely recommend!
