GoogleWhen I had my late Mothers house to sell I visited Goodacres to first ask advice .
I was warmly greeted by Josh in the first instance. I explained the situation, Josh then said he could arrange to visit me at the property.
I also met Aarden and Carmelo who were very friendly and chatted to me.
I decided to go with Goodacres, and was not disappointed.
The property was put live on the Thursday,and by the Saturday a buyer was found.
Throughout the whole process I have been updated on viewings,advised wisely, and anytime I have been to the agents, I have been warmly greeted by Josh, Carmelo and Aarden.
Simon was very helpful with the actual sale of the property.
Chloe also was very helpful when I needed to clear the house last minute and keeping me informed.
Overall I was very impressed with the whole team and would highly recommend them.

GoogleSpent over £30 each travelling from London to Bedford (on a strike day!) just to have the viewing cancelled after arriving in Bedford - AND we only found out the viewing was cancelled because WE called them to ask to view another property on the same day, otherwise we would've probably just waited for no one at the end of the day because they totally "forgot" that we even had a viewing booked, "it's not on the calendar, Myah must've forgotten it" is a what they told us. A complete sense of disregard for the customer, unorganized and lack of professionalism.
(Edit for their response: the point is no one called us to let us know the viewing had been cancelled, we only found out hours prior to the supposed viewing because WE called. Then to hear they couldn't even find a booking for us at all was just disgraceful - they did not say they couldn't see Myah's calendar, they told us we were NOT on the calendar for viewings that day. Secondly, you should perhaps check with the tenants at least 24 hours in advance and inform us if a viewing is no longer available. Thirdly, not everyone lives around the corner just to re-book viewings last minute as you please, as we said we paid £30 each to go from London to Bedford for nothing.)

I would like to take the time to thank you for your feedback and address the issues that you have raised.
Firstly, to address the cancellation of your appointment as you were due to view one of our properties to let, unfortunately the property in question is currently tenanted which requires confirmation from the existing tenant for access. We are aware that you called in first thing on the morning of your appointment to confirm the viewing. A member of the sales team who had answered your call had explained that she could not access Myah’s diary so could not personally confirm your afternoon appointment, as Myah was out of the office, it was explained that she would give you a call within the hour to confirm. The tenant of the property was contacted in first instance after this call to confirm that he was still able to provide access (this access had been agreed the evening before) to which he let us know that due to last minute work commitments, he was unable to accommodate the viewing and asked us to reschedule. You were then called back by the same member of staff and made aware of the cancellation.
To address your point on the additional viewing that you wanted to book in on the same day. The second property was also tenanted and as we have to give our tenants at least 24 hours’ notice before viewings take place, it would not have been possible to show you on such short notice. Myah did call you within the hour as promised to rearrange the viewing at property 1, as well as book in an additional viewing for property 2, however I believe you rejected all further viewing times that were offered to you and did not want to view either property anymore.
We would have loved to show you both properties, however we cannot enter a property without the current tenants permission.
