GoogleAvoid if your serious about purchasing a property, unprofessional comments while viewing. No reply to emails. Manager was supposed to email property details, week later still no reply. If this is the attitude of the leadership team I'm not surprised at the attitude of staff.

GoogleHad very poor communication skills, we waited over five months before we were given any solid information about the position the vendors were in, then we were given 13 days to complete. They completely jeopardized the house sale by failing to communicate with us and withheld information that was very important for us to know. Also trying to advise us not to get a survey done which was completely against our best interest. GoogleI recently sold my flat and brought a new home - both with Fry's estate agents. I cannot fault them. They have been extremely professional, responsive and genuienly some of the most helpful people I have ever met. They dealt with any problems/worries/questions I had in a very timely manner; all the staff were friendly and knew exactly what was going on from the moment I had contact with them. I don't think I would ever use a different estate agents again from this experience. They have made a very stressful time a lot more pleasant than I have had in previous moves/dealings with estate agents! The service that was given was professional, informative at all stages and very sympathetic to our circumstances. GoogleCan't speak highly enough of all the team at Fry Estate Agents. Our move was extremely complicated and very drawn out due to issues with our purchase(s), the team at Fry were great and made sure our buyer was fully in the loop and stuck with us through the whole process. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone. They took as much of the stress of moving house away from us as they could.
