Even with a buyer pulling out, COVID-19 and lockdown Michael and his team pulled out all the stops to make sure we were well informed and up-to-date at all times. Michael has extensive knowledge of the local housing market and is a well respected local estate agent. His passion for what he does along with using social media to showcase all of his properties makes for a professional and successful business model. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to sell/buy a property to speak to Michael for any advice.

FacebookThe worst experience in my life. Micheal from this agency put me down badly as he call me and shout on me for a property which I like it to purchased with offer more than they expect.
I wanted to purchase a property by this agency advertised in website and Micheal was not answer any phone calls or email I requested to view property. After I realised he sold less than my offer and I feel lost.
I never look any property if it’s advertised by FRY and it’s a total waste of time.
Never ever again!!!

FacebookWe met Michael whilst looking round a property before our house was even on the market. We were instantly drawn to his down-to-earth demeanour. He was nothing like a typical estate agent! We invited him and a couple of other local estate agents round to value our property but instantly knew that it was Michael that we wanted to sell with.
Within one week of our property being on the market we had accepted an offer. Michael’s attention to detail in photographing and listing our property, we believe was a definite key factor in why it’s sold so quickly. Our house looked fabulous online!
Throughout the process Michael has been fantastic! Keeping us up-to-date with what’s happening and being there any time if we had questions or queries. Even once our house sale had completed he physically came round himself to collect the keys so it didn’t add any additional stress to us on moving day.
If you’re thinking of putting your house on the market then I can’t stress enough how best it would be to sell through Fry estate agents. They get 10 out of 10 from us and if we ever plan to move again in the future we will most definitely use Michael and his team!!

GoogleUnprofessional people. I tried to contact this agency couple of time with offer for a house which they advertised and not responding at all. Then I contacted landlord directly and happy to proceed with agency with permission of landlord the purchase of my dream property and I did offered 10k more than asking value.
After couple of hours got a call from this agency named Micheal and started to screaming on phone and shouting on me when I was in Morrison for shopping. Not even consider I am a pregnant women and shouted on me in phone over 5 minute.
I never have these sort of experience in my life and also he threatening me take a legal action against me and I dont know why?
also he ask me, which agency I am working lol?
I still wonder how this agency getting business and may be they using cash deals illegally to sell properties to attract criminal money and may thats why he declined my offer even higher than asking price. Anyway something is fishy with this agency as nothing is true with them.

We now understand that you are connected to another Gentleman who left a similar review below. I will repeat that your comments are slanderous and we will take steps to seek legal proceedings.
Your unannounced visit to the property in question during the Covid-19 pandemic was both dangerous to yourself and my Vendors, especially as you state you are pregnant.
We had never spoke to you prior to your visit and our Vendors thanked us for our quick response to your inappropriate actions.
Stating that we take 'cash deals' for 'criminal money' is equally as laughable as it is hurtful.
If you think leaving such comments and reviews is a form of helping a friend/partner think again and take a second to read our response to him. Very insensitive and childish.

Hi Lois, disappointed to read this. I believe we answered your questions in relation to a potential apartment block your clients were looking at building in the town. As you could not provide specification on them only location and very little else I could not help yet this did not seem sufficient for you. We wish them the very best in their future plans.
