I cannot praise Graham from Roberts Hunt & his colleague Chris enough for their help in securing a mortgage for us. Graham's wealth of knowledge is second to none. He & Chris helped educate me and my husband about the different mortgage options we had along with guiding us at every step of buying our first home. Their responsiveness was incredible. I was first introduced to Roberts Hunt Estate Agents when my sister was letting her property through them some six years ago. Led by Graham, the team provided an exemplary, 100% professional service at the time.Now, some six years later, I have returned to Roberts Hunt Estate Agents and even during lock down, again, led by Graham they have provided the same exemplary 100% professional service.At a time when you are looking to buy, sell or rent, none of which is straightforward anymore, I personally wouldn’t put my trust in any other estate agents in the local. Its only a shame that there aren’t branches elsewhere.If you visit them you will see by the plethora of Thank You cards which adorn Graham’s office that I am not the only one who feels this way. Absolute rubbish service, be super careful with their letting agreement, they took me for viewing the property with mould on wall and promised to fix it.i went through the referencing and paid the deposit as well, when I asked them how they treat the mould they start giving me stories that it been washed with chemical and redecorated, basically paint on top and in the contract try to hold me responsible if it comes back so when I made it clear that if the mould come back to the same area I won't be responsible for it. Next day they come back and said landlord wants the property back just 6 days before moving date and refunded my deposit. So be very careful because they just trying to do something very smelly, and don't contact them on phone just the email to keep it evidence because they keep changing their words

Having bought and sold two properties with Roberts Hunt over many years I can only convey the fact that they are with you every single step of the way.I have used their financial services too for nearly 20 years and had fantastic service every time.Roberts Hunt offer a very personalised service where even the smallest question or detail is not a problem. Always helpful and informative,I have sold property as well as brought property with their help. We just wanted to say thank you so much for all your assistance in helping us move onto our next home and a new chapter in our lives’. We originally used Graham for our first mortgage, who was recommend to us, on a new build shared ownership and he was very knowledgeable, 3 years on we decided to move and unfortunately the housing association were not very helpful in assisting us with our move. They never introduced a buyer and even though out of area, Roberts Hunt Estate Agents introduced a number of buyers and we were able to move forward with our onward purchase. David and Natalie were brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble, Graham worked his magic again and secured us a great new mortgage deal on our second new house purchase. I can not describe through words how happy I am with Roberts Hunt Estate agents. They made my dream come true. They made it possible when things were almost impossible. Graham especially, is one of the kindest and most helpful person I have ever come across. He is so professional and always been prompt in replying and doing everything. He didn't even charge us a single penny and there were no hidden charges throughout the deal. I have used Roberts Hunt & Company for many years on about 3 house moves; buying and selling with Graham and the team and also have had mortgages arranged with them too! A 'one-stop shop'so to speak! I can not recommend them and particularly Graham highly enough! I have had very successful house moves with him,which has included excellent mortgage advice, and help all along the way!
