GoogleI bought my property through Roberts Hunt 20 years ago...2 decades later I have sold it through them. There was no doubt in my mind it was this estate agent I would use again. The smooth, professional and friendly service has not changed since I first met them in 2002, we all age and this time I dealt with the son ... James, all I can say is his father would be proud. This is a true family company who respect and work hard for their clients, whether buying or selling. I could not recommend them enough. James is supportive and approachable and his colleagues in the office are all the same. James makes you feel everything is going to be alright, and it was, it was more than alright. Thank you Roberts Hunt.

GoogleGraham has helped us with our mortgage three times now (for our first ever mortgage and two subsequent remortgages). The man is literally a hero - we could not have secured our new home without him. He is professional, knowledgable and kind hearted. Due to our personal circumstances, securing a larger mortgage was a real challenge; Graham was always very responsive when we emailed him offering relevant advice with an honest yet positive tone. I’d never use another mortgage advisor. Thank you so much Graham.

GoogleSHORT REVIEW: James is the best estate agent in the area. I cannot thank him or recommend him highly enough. EXCELLENT service. A very patient, polite, and helpful person. Thank you. My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner. DETAILED REVIEW: James sold my property which had an underlying issue. I had previously marketed it with another well-known friendly local agent who’s attitude and approach were, quite frankly, very disappointing, no demonstrable efforts to push the sale, poor communication, disorganised, poor photography, reactive and not proactive. Nice people, but extremely frustrating. I then approached another friendly (corporate) agent based locally who was adamant I should sell the property via their Modern Method of Auction process. Although, very helpful I didn’t feel I was getting a good deal. Other agents in the area didn’t really fill me with confidence either. …I then spoke to James. His approach was VERY different to anyone I had previously spoken to. His family-run business approach was much more personalised than all the other agents. It felt as though he wanted to sell the house for ME, and not just to ‘hog’ the property and make a quick profit. It wasn’t long until I realised how hard he actually works. - His valuation was the most realistic. - His photos were astoundingly good. - His recommendation of solicitor was excellent. - His communication was on point at every stage. - He was very proactive in chasing anything which could potentially stall the sale. - He LISTENED and worked WITH me. - He went out of his way to spend hours to learn about the underlying issue with my house, and was soon an expert in said issue. No-one prior had bothered to help in this manner. - His tenacity and dedication were instrumental in the sale of the house. I was extremely impressed. - The overall Roberts-Hunt team were also excellent with communication. Very polite and professional at all times. Thank you so much, James. I cannot recommend Roberts-Hunt any more highly.

GoogleI have had really bad experiences with other estate agents, but Robert Hunts are excellent. They really care for the tenants and make moving in very easy and less stressful. They are very quick to respond and resolve issues immediately. Really happy with the experience and customer service they have provided. Definitely recommend Sylwia Czeladko-Ghauri.

FacebookWords can hardly describe how excellent Roberts Hunt were throughout the process of buying our lovely new house. In particular, we want to say a HUGE thank you to James, whose professionalism knows no bounds. James was thoroughly dedicated from the outset, requesting financial evidence upfront and asking for a "best and final offer" to avoid to-ing and fro-ing. He stayed late beyond working hours on more than one occasion when things needed to be chased from other parties.Sometimes it felt like everyone in the chain was working against us (including our own sales estate agents!) but James was completely on our side. Even on the day of completion, James was working hard to sort out the final wrinkle in the process. I can honestly say that our house purchase would have fallen through, had it not been for James Roberts Hunt. 11/10!

GoogleMy experience with Roberts Hunt Estate Agents, particularly with James, was nothing short of exceptional, if you enjoy having your time completely wasted. James may appear charming and professional when you first meet, but once he's behind a screen, his true colors shine. They have a remarkable talent for inflating property prices well beyond reason, because who doesn’t love a pointless bidding war? It’s almost as if James takes pride in ensuring deals fall through at the most inconvenient moments. Would I recommend them? Only if frustration and disappointment are exactly what you're after!

You can see from our positive reviews, we pride ourselves on our service and have been successfully trading for over 30 years offering a personal service to our clients and buyers alike. We have checked our records and we have no record of your name and you don’t mention a property so we are concerned who you actually are, posting a negative review. Could you please contact us and management will happily talk to you or meet with you to discuss your concerns. I can assure you we always act on our clients instructions and we would NEVER encourage or entertain a bidding war. If there are multiple parties interested in a property, then everyone is treated exactly the same and fairly and are asked for their best and final offers, detailing their full situation and they are then presented to our clients for their instructions. In our experience, there is no gain to anyone to inflate property prices beyond reason, as this would only cause a problem further down the line with mortgage lenders surveyors. I can assure you we wouldn’t waste our valuable time, or our clients, with ensuring a deal falls through at the most inconvenient time either.

GoogleI recently sold two co owned properties with Roberts Hunt, and despite nothing about the situation being straight forward, the service we received from James and the entire team was exceptional from start to finish. They value realistically, keep you updated continually via text and email when viewings are booked, and once sold, manage the process seamlessly to the end, frequently chivying solicitors on both sides to keep things moving. One of the properties sat on the market with another local company for 10 months before we enlisted the services of Roberts Hunt, and yet within weeks of handing that one to them also, like the first they took on, it was sold very quickly. Having been a landlord in Feltham for the last 15 years and experiencing sub standard service from pretty much every other agency I used, I can only say, don’t even waste your time with any of the others, if only I had found them years ago! Huge thanks again to the whole team!
