Hello AnneMarie, thankyou for taking the time to review our service. However I am not sure what we have done to warrant a one star rating with no explanation or complaint made to the office. If you are who we think you are, I have reviewed your dealings with us and essentially I can see one of our landlords turned down your enquiry to view their property because the property would not be big enough to support a family of your size. They were also worried about the health and safety element of living next to a busy main road too.
We wish you luck with your property search and hope you find somewhere else soon.
Kind regards

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
