We rented a house through Langley and got excellent service. Everything was smooth, Cherie been always super fast responsive and there were zero problems for two years of renting. Then she and the team helped us to buy that house. 100% professionals. Highly recommend and definitely would use their service again.

Despite providing all the requirements they asked for, they still showed the flat to someone else and agreed with another offer, not even considering me when i was the first to enquire and view it and ready to take it. I felt like i am applying for a job and not RENTING a flat. Very disappointing and waste of time. I have never had such a dreadful experience. Best to go with known and reputable agencies, as this is not how you rent. You don't pick and choose between offers. Maybe becauseI am foreign 😉 Do not recommend.

I have rented out a property through Cherie at Langley Estate Agents for 4 years and have been extremely pleased with the excellent service that I have had. Being new to property letting I researched local agents beforehand and decided to work with an independent rather than a nationwide agency and it was the right decision. Communication has always been excellent and any calls or e-mails are answered straight away. Cherie has always recommended excellent tenants that I have been very pleased with, and any jobs that have needed to be done have always been sorted very promptly taking the stress and worry out of needing to get them arranged myself. I would definitely recommend the fully managed service at Langley Estate Agents without hesitation!

I have always found Cherie to be extremely helpful and professional. She is very quick to act on any request and has just found me my 3rd tenant in 7 years in record time.....Messaged her on Monday new tenant found, viewed, referenced and signed up on the Thursday! You can't get better than that anywhere!

Fantastic service from the start, Cherie worked really hard to achieve the best deal possible which we are over the moon with.We were with 2 other agents for a number of months with no offers. Within 2 weeks of being with Langley we had two offers I would have no trouble recommending Langley Estate agentsto anyone

I’ve used larger High Street agent for letting properties and had atrocious service and been charged inordinate amounts of money for the privilege!! Cherie of Langley Estate agents is very professional, efficient and helpful. Their charges are extremely reasonable considering the exceptional service. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Had a dreadful experience with them. Regretted ever using their services. It is better to pay a bit more and use a more experienced professional estate agent.
