Cherie manages a couple of properties for us and was recommended to us by a good friend for whom she also manages property. She is marvellous. She has completely taken the burden off our shoulders of dealing with finding suitable tenants, then efficiently and proactively managing the property for us, getting suitable tradespeople in as and when required for an extremely competitive rate. She is very friendly, approachable and always available either by phone or text. Thanks Cherie for all you do for us.

We used Langley Estate Agents (& Cherie) to both buy from and sell our property. They were extremely professional, always holding solicitors and buyers/ sellers accountable which was a huge help and took a massive weight off of us. They have a fantastic knowledge of the local market and would fully recommend using them!

Over the years I have bought and sold many properties and I can say without a shadow of a doubt the service, market knowledge, advice, and dedication that Langley estate agents gave me through not only the sale of my property, but also in purchasing my new home was absolutely second to none.

Thought I would update the review I left last year... I still stand by my last review below and would like to add that Cherie and Langley Estate agents have been consistent in their continuous good communication and ensuring that our rental properties are kept up to date with legal requirements. Our rent is always on time and any requests from Tenants are passed on and or dealt with immediately. We have had a very good two agreement and look forward to dealing with Langley for many years to come. Langley Estate agents is very personable business which is a credit to the neighbourhood. As landlords we feel able to place the properties in their hands, with confiedence that anything that needs resolving will be addressed with us and/or the tenants. Cherie is efficient, very flexible, a great communicator and to date always managed to find resolutions to anything that we have had to address. Knowing that someone else is always up to date with regulations and always on hand for advice is very reassuring. I would recommend Langley Estate agents, in all aspects of the property market.

Langley Estate Agents have been amazing since the day I met them. That's why last Xmas I bought them a crate of Prosecco. They are wonderful people, doing a fantastic job, looking after my portfolio, always going above and beyond. If you are even considering using Cherie and her team, don't give it another thought - just use them. Local agents, offering a local friendly honest service. I run a business myself, so appreciate good care. Use these guys for your letting and your building works.

Cherie Langley did an excellent job helping me sell my flat! She found a buyer very quickly at the start of the year. That buyer sadly pulled out due to coronavirus uncertainty and I was really not sure we would find a second one in what was suddenly a very tough market. Cherie managed it though and we exchanged contracts with the second buyer yesterday. Cherie has been super helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

Cherie and her team are absolutely amazing! They have helped us find a tenant for our property, she would not put anyone in our property who she wouldn’t put in her own. She literally did everything!! Down to putting up curtain poles, purchasing a washing machine and sorting keys. Truly brilliant! Thank you xx

Cherie has been a fantastic and supportive estate agent. Always available to answer questions - even on a day off at the beach! House sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently - she clearly knew the market and gave great advice. After we accepted an offer she has continued to be supportive and helpful. Could not ask for better service. Very impressed. Thoroughly recommend.
