One of the worse estate agents. Agents would tell us we had a viewing with just one day notice and on top of that would tell us to show the buyers around. I've never heard of estate agents say could you go through your property with the buyers because they're too busy. Would not recommend, total waste of time

Sold a lie ! Property still has single glazed, none of the radiators worked, plumbing barely coped with water pressure, landlord not interested whatsover in spending any money on the property and refuses to refund the deposit so TDS in arbitration for months one end.

Advertised the wrong flat - and I only found that out on viewing the flat, finding it was half the size and the communal garden advertised wasn't accessible at all. The agent wasn't aware until people started turning up for viewings. I believe the re-advertised flat is now also being advertised for more money, despite being smaller and in poor condition.

They couldn't manage an act of tying shoelaces) are an absolute bunch of inept people, information doesn't get passed around effectively, noone gets back to you, Prop 'MANAGERS' change all the time and the conversations are repeated endlessly.GO WITH PEDDER for SOUTH LONDON.

Worst agency in Lewisham. It took ages to complete my checks. Since receiving my money,is not responding for 9 days already to any emails or calls . On condition they are supposed to manage the property aswell. Any landlord would be mad to trust them with MANAGEMENT.

Although we have procedures in place to ensure that emails are answered in situations like this, I am afraid in this case it didn't happen.
