Dan Chapman at KFH was outstanding and I wouldn't have moved without all his help. He was great at keeping me informed at all stages of the purchase and he took time to make sure everything went smoothly. First class service!

I bought and sold a flat recently through KFH Beckenham, from start to finish they were really good. Our agent, Joe Murrock, clearly worked hard for us throughout which put our minds at ease during a stressful process! Would definitely use them again.

KFH provided an excellent service in selling my house and finding me a new home, Patrick, Joe, Siobhan and Sophie did a first class job and were very professional. I have recommended them to others I know who have been buying or selling

Recently sold my house with KFH Beckenham. Was impressed with the organisation of the sales team. They managed to find us several potential buyers in a difficult market. Siobhan, our agent, was great to deal with, very calm and professional.

I've been particularly impressed with Siobhan. During our search for a property in Beckenham she was very good at understanding our niche requirements and being proactive in getting us in to view properties as soon as an opportunity of interest arose

After a bad experience with renting our property out, Ismail found us a new tenant. He kept in touch with us and even worked during his Christmas holiday to secure a suitable tenant..

Best agency I've used in the area (some are absolutely terrible). Sophie our agent is very helpful and has been great whilst we've been selling our property.

Jack did an excellent job of managing a difficult and long sale process. He kept his cool through many buyer demands, which was much appreciated.
