Firstly, to correct another reviewer, Morris properties are not all Freehold by any stretch.Secondly, their after-sales customer service is appalling. They just don't want to know. Anyone with half-competent DIY skills could do a better job than some of the outright cowboys they use and whose shortcomings they refuse to acknowledge.

Based on the willingness of the builder to appreciate the "real world" living experience of their designs, I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. Additionally, the responsiveness to any snagging requests has been pretty slow and not a great experience - this takes into account the pandemic too.

We are generally happy with our new house, but disappointed with some of the brickwork and render and just about every window and door needed adjusting when we moved in, which shows there either wasn't a check prior to handover or it was poorly executed.
