Been in our house coming up to 2years now constant problems just from poor workmanship! The plumbers from shacklocks are cowboys 3 times we have had leaks! Also aftercare from Morris homes is a joke!! Takes weeks to get a response from them after reporting a problem then it takes even longer to get it fixed POOR!!!!

We bought a Shelbourne Estates property (part of Morris).Customer service has been amazing throughout and the build quality is brilliant. Lots of nice little touches, high quality products used and a significant amount included as standard which other developers would charge extra for.

Horrible customer service for maintenance issues.Over 3 months to get a communal fence repaired. Chased many times but always told it will be done soon, or given a date which is then missed.Horrible level of communication from customer services agents. You have to chase them for updates (Even after 3 months) rather than them calling/emailing you to provide updates.

Firstly, to correct another reviewer, Morris properties are not all Freehold by any stretch.Secondly, their after-sales customer service is appalling. They just don't want to know. Anyone with half-competent DIY skills could do a better job than some of the outright cowboys they use and whose shortcomings they refuse to acknowledge.

Based on the willingness of the builder to appreciate the "real world" living experience of their designs, I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. Additionally, the responsiveness to any snagging requests has been pretty slow and not a great experience - this takes into account the pandemic too.
