Fantastic Company. Kept me Informed at all times. It was a pleasure dealing with Josh, Carrie and Micheal. A Testament to the firms professionalism. Wishing them all the best!

Great estate agents. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will always do their best to help with anything they can. The only thing we found was the same question getting asked repeatedly by different team members which was frustrating sometimes. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, or use them to sell if I need to in the future.

We have had superb service from day 1 of our tenancy. All repairs have been dealt with promptly. Inspections have been timely and to suit us. They have always been efficient and professional. At the end of our tenancy they were efficient and compassionate. (The move was not our choice).

Great service throughout, went above and beyond to bring the chain together in the face of comatose solicitors. Excellent communication throughout and very professional at all times.

Best letting agent going. Have been letting my property with Lesley hooks for over 5 years now. Had used a different well known letting agent before them and the service was nowhere near as good. Quick to ensure tenant and my requirements are met.would highly recommend

Useless as ever

Yet again poor servicePut in to view a property at the very beginning of the week, but was told earliest appointment was Saturday. We get to the Friday before the appointment and house has gone off the marketThere were clearly earlier viewing times, but they’ve failed to tell me thisUseless as ever

I had a valuation from the lovely Mike. He was informative professional, had extensive knowledge of surrounding properties, interest rates etc and gave me some valuable advise regarding my own property. I would highly recommend Lesley Hooks.

Simply the best!

It’s taken me a while to write a review, after the most stressful, traumatic house move ever ( problems in the chain, no fault of estate agents)
