I have both bought and sold a house with Lesley Hooks and cannot fault them. From the get go they were honest, helpful and reliable. When the sale and purchase were going through and my buyer's solicitor were being quite frankly - lazy, Jake was very supportive. He understood that I was desperate to move with a baby on the way and he went above and beyond to chase all parties involved. An estate agents that gets the job done but shows compassion along the way!

GoogleRented a property for many years! Always paid the rent on time! We decided to move to a bigger house. When we left they took £50 out for an oven clean. But…we did put new blinds in the property and a wooden floor. Wouldn’t you think they would wave the £50! NO…they still took the £50! Response..we definitely rented from you this is Not an error I’m afraid. It’s from 2012-2016.

GoogleClaire and the team at Lesley hooks have been fantastic! When we called and gave the details on the property that we were looking for they hit the mark with suggestions and nothing ever seemed like to much of annoyance. The response time with emails and telephone calls was very good and no question was to big or to small. I can’t thank the team at Lesley hooks for making the transition of moving properties one of the easiest experiences moving homes.

GoogleLesley hooks are the best estate agents you could not get any better can not recommend then enough .The whole team are good kind and know the stuff .Would like to thank especially Carrie Ann and Lesley who went the extra mile for us .We didn’t have a easy sale due to vendor legal team but Carrie Ann sorted it out for us and was always there to sort the problem out (which there was many ).If you are buying or sellers use Lesley Hooks you will not be dissatisfied .

GoogleFantastic service, answered every question and concern I had immediately and efficiently. All the staff I dealt with were brilliant. Josh was especially helpful and made the process of buying my first house easy and stress free with constant updates and communication. Lesley, Michael and team are excellent. They are THE agent to go to for anything connected to Port Sunlight Village and surrounds. They are very professional, extremely customer orientated and really do go above and beyond for both sellers and vendors alike. They use the latest technology, understand the power of social and have a professional and motivated team working with them. They don’t charge for photography and marketing like some of the agents in the area.. and are really head and shoulders above any of the other offerings around. As a privately owned local business run by a woman I can think of no better place to go for your housing needs. I highly recommend them based on my recent excellent personal experience. Thanks all. GoogleAbsolutely 5 star service from Lesley and her delightful team. Our house had been on with another agent and we were getting nowhere fast! Moved to Lesley Hooks and wow what a difference! I stupidly assumed all agents are the same and it’s actually Rightmove that sells your house! I was so wrong! The difference in service was outstanding, I spoke to the same person every time, lovely Carrie-Anne, and was fully informed at every stage. There were bumps along the road as expected but all dealt with seamlessly by this incredible team. They had viewings in and offers on the table quicker than the other agents with absolutely no delays in completing the sale. Would only ever use Lesley Hooks again in the future, very happy 😃 thank you all Andy & Mai Flanagan

GoogleI’m a bit delayed with the review due to circumstances, however, here goes. What an outfit, our house was up for sale for 7 weeks with another agent with absolutely no luck, these guys sold it in a day, then throughout the process they were relentless with the solicitors, pushing all the time to get sorted, Jake was like a dog with a bone and honestly sped things up by at least 6 weeks with his refusal to take no for an answer. Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommended!!!

GoogleBook an appointment for a viewing on the Monday and I am told earliest viewing in Saturday. Not a problem, get booked in. Get to the Friday and I receive a call to say offer has been accepted. There was clearly earlier viewing times, but they have failed to tell me this. Useless as ever Just had a conversation with the owner. Turns out she is just as ignorant as the staff and fails to see how they have yet again failed in customer service Fortunately she gave her staff training on how not to be rude from last time I dealt with them…. I was also promised that going forward, I would only ever deal with Lesley direct. When I questioned her on this, I was told that she may have said this, but can’t guarantee it as she is not always in the office. Luckily for us all, she works 14 hours a day

GoogleIf you are looking for a friendly pro active professional estate agents in the Wirral area I would highly recommend Lesley Hooks. We placed our property on the market with Lesley Hooks after a bad experience with another agent and the experience was like chalk and cheese. I can’t express my gratitude enough for all the hard work that was put in especially Carrie who handled our sale very professionally. If you are looking for a wirral based agent I wouldn’t look any further than Lesley Hooks.

They worked with us to find our perfect tenant, have given sound advice, and have provided us with a 1st class service.
