Was reassured it was a long-term tenancy but sent eviction notice after 3 months because landlord sold it. I was 7 months pregnant. I would expect a property agency to have some decency and inform us it was not the right place for us.

Unfortunately we do not have control over landlords' actions. Any information given to you would have been our understanding at the time. If we had known the landlord intended to sell in the near future and you were looking for a long lease we would have obviously told you. It is unfortunate this happened to you, especially given that you were well into your pregnancy at that time, however, we do not know what has happened in the landlord's life that brought about the need to sell the property. I would like to thank all the team at the property bureau Bearsden. They were an outstanding team and always responded to my requests or queries. Any phone calls made to the office were dealt with by a very friendly and professional staff team who I feel always went the extra mile to support me. My deposit was refunded to me in a very timely manner and the money was in my bank account in the matter of days. I would definitely recommend using the property bureau Bearsden. Well done everyone you do your company proud.

Called them to ask about a property, told it has GCH, arranged a viewing and went there to find out there is no central heating in the flat whatsoever. Big waste of time (which I had to take off from work).

Probably the best all-round letting agents I have used. Quick to respond, fixed things when needed but otherwise unobtrusive, and fair in their evaluation for deposit return etc.

As a landlord I have been very happy with PB. Living in another country from my property it has been great peace of mind having them manage everything for me. I have been rent my one bed room flat from this company for eight years. Service has been always excellent regarding to repair and maintenance. Office staffs have been really helpful through the years. I would recommend property bureau to anyone. Hope you enjoy their service as well.

Been good to deal with apart from the fact there is no tv signal now getting to my flat and ive had no tv over christmas or new year as their office is closed. Not good when there is a toddler on the house. Absolute shambles

On any question about viewing property agent/lady got same answers "I don't know", "I'm not sure" or "You need to check it on our website". So what for this agency are paying wages for such a person/s?! The agency should defo change staff..

Avoid at all costs. Dirty run down flat, with zero quality maintenance. They have a habit of giving random labourers keys to your flat as well.
