GoogleIn a long chain with all other so-called professionals being totally non-communicative and belatedly reactive at best, it was Julie Moore at S&S who kept us informed and was proactive in creating a network with other agents in the chain in order to keep the pressure on all parties. We wonder if we would have completed without Julie’s involvement. Her manner was professional and calm whilst still being clear as to precisely what needed to happen. She also enabled us to take a week’s holiday in between moving out and moving in! It was needed.....

Could have caught her on a bad day but even so, customer care is always important. Oh well, doesn't take away from the fact that the company is very good.

GoogleThe Beaminster office of Symonds and Sampson did a fantastic job of auctioning my late cousin’s home. Jeremy’s advice to sell by this method was excellent. He was both knowledgeable of the local market for that type of house and his valuation was realistic. Symonds and Sampson put a lot of effort into selling the property as there were over 65 viewings. On auction day Mark, the auctioneer, achieved a great result. Many thanks to all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent.
