GoogleWe were deeply impressed by the professionalism, dedication and good humour of the Symonds & Sampson team in helping us to sell our house in Beaminster. The whole process took over a year with a series of offers being withdrawn for no good reason but S&S never gave up and continued to devote all their resources to securing a sale. This required exemplary levels of patience and commitment to go the extra mile. Despite all the frustrations, they never abandoned hope. Very strongly recommended.

They were brilliant in marketing our property and extremely professional throughout. We had a very stressful period whilst finalising the purchase of our new home and we all struggled through the trials of 5 in the chain! GoogleYeovil S&S came highly recommended and I'm pleased to say they didn't disappoint. What started off as a potentially very simple 3 step chain turned quite tricky and S&S constantly kept me updated on the happenings (or often the lack of them!) In addition to this I never felt I was bothering them or putting them out when I phoned in for reassurance on the progress. I would have totally confidence in recommending both the Yeovil and Beaminster branches of S&S due to the duel support I had from both offices. Many thanks to Calton and Jerry.

GoogleWe saw quite a high number of properties through various estate agents and Symonds and Sampson stood high above the rest. Julie had a good read on the type of character property that appealed to us. Indeed the only properties we were seriously interested in came through Julie at Symonds and Sampson. We were also very impressed with the communication in the office between Julie and Caroline; they were always on the same page and dealt effectively and courteously with any queries we had. We would not hesitate to recommend them

GoogleI was told Caroline would call at 12 noon and I waited in for 3 hours and then had to take my dogs out before it poured with rain. When I got home I had a terse message from Caroline telling me to email her my queries about a property that I was interested in. I tried calling another 6 or 7 times before the office closed and the phone was never answered. Unfortunately this is the second bad experience I have had with S & S.
