Inefficient, stressful and extremely costly. I used Romans for both Sales and Lettings, both experiences left me feeling I should have managed both processes independently as I, along with my solicitor, did 99% of the work. This would have meant far less stress and cost being incurred in both instances.

As a landlord Romans gave (sold?) my personal information to a third party without my consent. It's an appalling breach of trust. That should be serious warning to anyone thinking of using them as a landlord or a tenant. Choose a better letting company or you will regret it.
