Bad from start to finish. We were tenants in a property they rented out. Annual charges of £117.50, rude and patronising service, random charges out of nowhere.Unfortunately, tenants don't really have a choice in who they use. But landlords do, and I implore all landlords to use someone else.

Bad experience!!! As tenants we had the worst experience! We got our mortgage to a different company 10 times on top of Romans! To be avoided as they provided us with a misleading add, high fees, no communication at all,not help at all!!!
