We used Romans Sandhurst to buy our first home recently. Despite the on-going coronavirus situation, Tom and the team kept us informed with what was going on. We were getting very little out of our solicitors and Tom always went way and above for us. Great customer service and was very impressed with the overall experience.

Worst agency we have worked with among several up and down the UK.There is little interest shown by anyone from Manager or reps and no continuity with anybody.No use of mobile phones so only messages can be left and return calls are few and far between.Success rate has been nil so moving to another agency.

Romans have been utterly brilliant from start to finish on my recent move. They have been helpful, polite and professional every step of the way! Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.
