Unlike some agents, Chris's initial assessment was honest, frank (but polite) and entirely accurate. He demonstrated good local knowledge and recommended a sound pricing and marketing strategy. From that point the entire team were highly professional and a pleasure to work with, particularly Richard who was the primary contact. He was always available, was pro-active with progress reports and did a great job as liaison between buyer and seller. This is the worst experience ever. My wife and 5yr old son went to rental property set up by Savilles High Wycombe office and the house was so unprepared. There was dog excreta on the carpets, garden was similar and house was in my wifes' words the worst ever. Also had a 1.5hr round trip to see. Savills - shame on you......
