In the current challenging market conditions the viewings that Chris and his team arranged were with seriously interested potential buyers of our character property. All the members of his team who showed viewers around our property were punctual, polite and friendly giving us confidence that it would be shown to the best advantage. We really appreciated Chris’s efforts to go the extra mile to help achieve exchange of contracts in a short timescale.

GoogleFrom the moment that Ben Dommett came to value my tiny (by comparison to the properties they usually deal with) property I was impressed with his professional and friendly personality. I had put a lot of love, and money into the house, and to me it was worth a million. Ben understood and made me feel as valued as any client. He actually found a buyer not only quickly but within 2-3 days. He handed me over to Richard Sharmen. Richard made the next, 6 and a half weeks, yes unbelievable!, such a smooth and pleasurable experience. I was treated with respect and professionalism and a lovely sense of humour. Both Ben and Richard are a credit to Savills Thank you both so much.

In a tight market they introduced a succession of potential buyers - leading to a successful sale. Once we had successfully sold our house through the sales team we quickly needed a long term rental suitable for our families needs. It was a stressful time, Nichola took on the challenge! We felt totally supported by her. Nichola was quick and understood our requirements dealing with our situation in a calm and professional manner. We are very grateful to her. Once we had moved in we again felt totally supported by Amy nothing was or is too much trouble. Amy gets things done,and done well! She gets back to me straight away and is always efficient.
