GoogleThe team over at William H Brown in Bawtry were fantastic throughout the lettings process. I used their service as a tenant this year whilst being in the area for work. When work asked me to move away from the area four months later, whilst in a 12 month contract, Caz dealt with this in the most amazing way. She found a new tenant four weeks later and the process was closed the week after that. Superb service and pragmatic to boot. Thanks Caz and the team!

GoogleHaving dealt with William H Brown in Bawtry over a number of weeks recently, i found the whole experience to be of an exceptional standard. The staff at the branch were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had several viewings and all were attended by their manager Caroline who was extremely professional and very polite. GoogleMyself and my sister thought it was important to write a review to show our appreciation for William H Brown in Bawtry and hopefully reassure others of what a great team they have here. Caroline is and has been our point of contact throughout and has been absolutely fantastic! This is a perfect example of how someone can be warm, welcoming, very helpful whilst still being totally professional and efficient. What an absolute pleasure it is to find an estate agent that truly cares about their tenants. Caroline has made each stage seamless and the process and experience of moving house extremely enjoyable and exciting! (as it should be) Caroline, we both feel very lucky to have you as our estate agent, thank you so much for everything. Paige & Chelsea x

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with another local Estate Agent, we were happy to find a Professional, Efficient and Reliable Estate Agent in William H Brown, Bawtry. The process of renting our home was easy, smooth and pleasant and we simply couldn't ask for any better. Olivia and Caz were and still are our Go to people to sort our House for us and right from the initial meeting at the House, we knew we had chosen the correct Estate Agency. They arrived on time, were knowledgeable, professional and relaxed with their approach to Lettings. There wasn't any complications or long form filling, all the hard work was undertaken for us and Olivia and Caz handled the whole process superbly. From being super Polite and making you feel like their number one priority, we just sat back and gave them the reigns to secure our Home. Olivia cannot be praised enough and if anyone was born to be in this line of work, it is her. Other Estate Agents take notes, this is how its done!

GoogleI can't recommend this Estate Agent enough. We dealt mainly with Clare who was exceptional and so knowledgeable on all aspects of buying and selling and became the vital link between us and the other parties involved, especially when communication was difficult with solicitors. All the other members of staff were equally as professional and stress levels were always reduced after receiving their advice.
