GoogleWe had tried two Estate agents and got frustrated with the lack of contact and progress with our sale. We were recommended Paul by friends. What a different experience. Straight away we had more viewings. Paul regularly kept us updated and went above and beyond our expectations. When we sold the first time Paul even put money behind the bar for us as he knew we had had multiple issues, which was a huge surprise. Unfortunately things fell through again and we also lost our purchase but Paul continued tiresly to make sure we found a new buyer and didn't lose the new house we had then found. Can't speak highly enough of Paul who really is the heart of Battle and we wish him all the best as Ashton Stripp in the High Street.

GoogleI have given Ashton Stripp 5 stars and they deserve every one of them. Paul and Bella have been professional and responsive throughout the sale of my mothers house. When I first asked Paul to value the house I was very clear with him that my previous experience of buying and selling houses left me disappointed, distrusting and bewildered in the integrity of estate agents. He asked for an opportunity to prove me wrong and he and Bella absolutely proved me wrong in my assumptions. They have both kept me fully informed of progress, given honest advise when I needed it and have not left me questioning their integrity once throughout the process. Their manner and responsiveness has been top notch and would recommend them without question.

GoogleFrom the moment we asked Paul to visit our property, he immediately got us onside. He put us at ease, was complimentary about the property and explained clearly what he was going to do. We immediately were comfortable with him and Bella when they were showing the prospective buyers our home and before he left on his first visit had already advised us of a prospective buyer. They were both permanently in touch on a group WhatsApp group with us advising of what was happening and of any news. After we had accepted an offer he was constantly helping us move things along as he could. He would ring solicitors and try to shift them along and glean useful information out of them to our benefit. Although we never intend to move again, if I was to, Ashton Stripp would be the first Estate Agent I would call and to any prospective sellers out there in the Battle area I would suggest you do the same!

GoogleWe can't fault Bella - I didn't think it would be important to have an estate agent that is contactable 24/7 but it was vital towards the end of our house sale process. GoogleI recently bought a property in Battle through Paul Stripp Estate Agent and I cannot commend highly enough the level of personal service given by both Paul and his assistant Peta. If you asked a question or raised a query you got a response almost immediately. Phone calls were returned again very promptly, which made the whole process very easy. Also, the property details and photos were very professional and accurate. All in all is was a pleasure to deal with this Estate Agent, which is not always something you can say about this industry and I would recommend them to any potential buyer or vendor!

GooglePaul recently handled the sale of my house I benefited greatly from his marketing advice and knowledge of local conditions. He is honest and conscientious and kept in very regular touch. The photo presentation was particularly good. Whilst the sale was relatively straightforward, my subsequent purchase was anything but. Paul was not my vendor’s agent but did not hesitate to liaise with the solicitors, managing agents etc to try to break the deadlock. His advice and support were invaluable during a very stressful period. I found Paul to be calm, insightful and resolute. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Stripp as a principled company with a refreshing approach to estate agency.

GoogleFantastic agent. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul, he’s friendly, knowledgable and provides a really personal service. Genuine and honest, completely different to the larger estate agent chains we’ve used in the past. Having a WhatsApp chat group set up between us all was particularly useful, it made communication really quick and easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, he was absolutely superb!

GoogleI have been meaning to do this for a while. Paul handled what is my 10th property sale. He is hands down the best agent I have ever used. His valuation was spot on and well evidenced. The sale itself was a difficult process owing to a certain mini budget. Paul rose to the occasion helping both me and the buyer enormously in holding the whole difficult process together as the economy went into meltdown. He was cheerful and professional throughout. All this for a 1 bed flat that would have been many agents' last priority. I am so pleased to see his boards all over the area, he deserves it. I will certainly be using him again.
