I can’t thank Paul and the team enough for all the support they gave us throughout what was, at times, a very challenging and frustrating process. Alison in particular went far beyond simply keeping us updated. She was constantly chasing solicitors, following up with the different parties in the chain, and generally coordinating everything to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like she was the glue that held the whole chain together. There were certainly moments when the pace of the process became frustrating, and I know I wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with when that frustration got the better of me! Alison was always incredibly patient and understanding, helping to reassure us and keep things moving rather than allowing the situation to become overwhelming. One of the things I particularly appreciated was her ability to explain the different elements of the process in plain English. Buying and selling property can involve a lot of jargon and uncertainty, but Alison took the time to explain what was happening, what we could expect next, and where things were up to. Her communication, persistence and willingness to keep chasing when things seemed to be getting stuck made a huge difference. She consistently went the extra mile and gave us the confidence that someone was actively keeping an eye on everything. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Paul and his team did to help get us through the process. It was complicated at times and Paul was always offering up solutions and had a flexible approach to ensure the process worked for everyone.We chose AS because moving for us wasn’t just contractual it was extremely personal and we needed to feel supported as a family.Their support, patience and determination were invaluable, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Stripp to anyone looking for an agency who genuinely cares about getting the job done.

From start to finish Bella was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She really put herself out at times to move things along and was always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask/tell her something, no matter how unimportant it may have appeared to be. I've only bought one house prior to this, so was a bit clueless at times, but Bella was patient and kind at every turn. Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. This bought us added security that the buyers were serious after one buyer pulling out already. I would recommend this to all buyers and sellers going forward. Thank you both.
