I rate Campbells Estate Agents very highly and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property in the area. They are professional and always responsive. I have had the pleasure of purchasing 3 properties through Campbells over the past few years. The Director in their Battle office is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His approach is the perfect mix of friendly, trustworthy and professional. The ladies that work in the Battle office are also very nice and always helpful over the phone. In my 10 years of buying and selling residential property I've not come across a better local Estate Agency business. Highly recommended!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Bought a new build house through Campbell’s who were acting for the builders. They were excellent, far better than any of the other estate agents in the chain, including the firm acting for us. They were proactive and responsive. If we had a query they were easy to reach and if they weren’t immediately available they actually called back, unlike our own agents. The move wasn’t the smoothest due to a number of reasons (not our or Campbell’s fault), not least due to COVID, but as an independent agent they have more invested in the process than the larger national chains and I am convinced that if it wasn’t for Campbell’s our purchase would have fallen through on several occasions. I was very disappointed with our own Agents and I know that others in our chain were totally disillusioned with the agents they used. If ever we decide to sell then Campbell’s will be the first agent I contact.

One of the few positive things about 2020 for me was selling my late mother's house through Chris Campbell's... It was a easy process which I was not anticipating at all given all the challenges thrown up by the Coronavirus crisis. A truly great estate agents. Very caring, very thoughtful and can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism and thoroughness. We felt very supported throughout the whole process - much needed in our case! They carried out such a lot of hard work chasing the chain. All the staff were consistently helpful, but a special mention and such huge gratitude goes to the wonderful Sarah! It should be said that rarely am I galvanised to write a review on a company. The great service, professional advice and clear guidance we received from Campbell's Estate Agents has compelled me to do so. My wife and I started our search for a new house in August 2021 (during the chaos of covid/stamp duty relief/apparent shortage of stock). After speaking with around 20 different estate agents and many viewings we started to loose hope. However, after looking at property in East Sussex we knew we had found what we wanted. It was on with Campbell's who from the first viewing to finally handing over the keys were professional, contactable, efficient and proactive. 5 stars Campbells and thank you.

We have recently sold a property through Campbell’s, and they have been brilliant from start to finish of the sale. The professionalism and knowledge of the team during what was not a simple sale, we had problems with a septic tank that didn’t comply with current legislation and a boundary issue with Land Registry, they were able to offer guidance and help to overcome these problems and close the sale for us. Communication was excellent and it was never an issue if a member of staff was not available when we called, it really is a great team that work seamlessly to deliver a truly great service.
