She was very accommodating and understanding through my quite prolonged and rather difficult first-time buying experience as a newcomer to the country and the legal process and implications (leasehold vs freehold), standard verbiage in lease agreement, etc. The whole team was also very supportive and catering to my needs. I felt some pressure to complete by management at the end (perhaps misunderstanding) which I didn't appreciate but we were able to level-set and come to understanding to complete in the end. Thank you for all the support to buy my first home!
