GoogleSamantha and the team at Property Webb, are the best Estate Agents I have used, I have required their services on two separate occasions. They are very proactive, professional and achieve the best result possible. I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleI have sold properties with Samantha Property Webb in the past. I've always found Samantha very helpful and full of knowledge. The latest property I've sold through property webb only went live late on the Friday and there was an offer made and accepted on the Monday morning. Excellent service as always. Highly recommend.

GoogleI used Property Webb for the sale of my mums house. I have never had to deal with the sale of a house before and Sam made it so easy. Sam explained everything clearly and kept me up to date with the sale. She also answered any questions I had quickly and has a great knowledge of the property market. I will certainly use Sam again and will recommend her to anyone selling their house. Thanks again Sam.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Google1st class service from Property Webb. Cannot fault at all. Sold and also bought a property through Property Webb and everything went really smoothly. Would highly recommend as they took the stress out of selling and buying! Sam and Lisa were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Always at the end of the phone for any questions or queries. Our house was sold in a matter of days.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently sold my house with property Webb. Sam and the team are knowledgeable, transparent and organised. The extra touches for social media like drone footage of the area whilst Sam describes it is really great.

GoogleSam and Rebecca at Property Webb made the sale of our house so quick and easy. They were able to sell the house within the tight timeframe we had and found us a buyer that ticked all our boxes. As well as that, they were so approachable and would answer any and every question quickly. Thanks again to the team!

FacebookFirst met Sam back in March 2022 when we viewed a house she had listed. Fast forward to June we moved in to that very house. Few months later I contacted Sam for some advice on selling our old home and she came out to have a look and gave great advise. Got the house on the market and within 5 days Lisa had us an offer agreed. Today 13/1/23 we said goodbye to our first home for the final time. Fantastic service from property webb. Thanks everyone. x
Thanks Alana Haines it was a pleasure working with you both for buying & selling 😊

GoogleSam and Lisa are both honest and professional and offer a transparent price structure. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future properties or recommend them to family and friends. The pictures taken of our home were amazing and no doubt played a part in the swift sale of our property. Hands down the best Estate Agents we have used!

GoogleSam was absolutely fantastic when I sold my flat last year. I had a bad experience with another Estate Agent and Sam came round explaining everything and being honest about our expectations. She showed us how to dress the flat properly to show it and talked me off the edge many times when i was getting frustrated. Professional, hard working extremely knowledgeable about the area. I can’t recommend her enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLisa was fantastic! As a buyer, I always felt listened and her proactivity proposing new properties and following up was way above the standard I have seen in the industry. Would definitely work with her in the future.

GoogleProperty Webb were very professional and knowledgeable. Their fees were very competitive and included viewings. I found myself in a position where I had to move fast to get my property on the market and Samantha and Lisa put everything in place- organising the home report survey and marketing photos, video and drone filming- producing a very professional marketing advert. It was all very straight forward and easy. Lisa organised and led all the viewings and was extremely good at feeding back any notes of interest etc. My property sold in less than a week and the after care continues. Much appreciated Property Webb you made the whole process stress free.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSam & Lisa have been the best estate agents we've come across. They demonstrated excellent professionalism and could answer any queries that we had. Their customer service is second to none, always keeping in touch updating us on what is happening and most importantly doing so in such a friendly and approachable manner where nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Since selling our property we have subsequently been looking to buy another and its during this process where we have seen just how much Sam & Lisa stand out versus the other agents in the area If we ever look to sell or buy again we wont be looking for quotes we will be going straight to Sam & Lisa
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review Janice. It has been our absolute pleasure! Happy home!

GoogleSelling out property was a big decision for us, once we had made the decision I started following property Webb, read about their successes and great reviews, so first decition made, on meeting both Lisa and Sam I felt completely at ease and Kew I had made the right decision, I was included in every step off the way and all the stress and anxiety was taken out off my hands and 7 days later we were sold, I couldn't have asked for a more efficient, professional and friendly service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this up and coming company to any friends or family and wish them all the success that I know will be coming their way
Thanks for choosing Property Webb and leaving such a great review.

GoogleWish I could give 10 stars! Writing this on behalf of my Mum, who received an amazing service, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate in what’s been an emotional situation. I’ve recommended Property Webb to 3 people now, each of whom have sold and been over the moon with the service received. So if you’re pondering who to instruct as your agent, look no further! Thank you all once again! Karen & Jean

GoogleWe called Property Webb after seeing them on social media and we are so glad we did. Sam and Lisa are a dream team and a pleasure to work with. We had a really tight timeline to sell as we had to secure our future home but this was no challenge to PW. Lisa communicated with us every step of the way and we sold under two weeks of being on the market. Although we have moved out of the area, we have already recommended Property Webb to family who are still local. Thanks again team 🫶🏼

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Property Webb due to their successful sale of my property. It had been on the Market, with a different Agent, since last year and was sold in a few days with Property Webb much to my relief. Both Sam and Lisa took good care of everything and kept me informed at all times. (Source : allAgents)
