I was ready to sell my home once my partner and I agreed that I would move into their property. After some research online and in local pages, I decided to contact Property Webb as my first choice for estate agent and contacted them through their online form. Sam got in touch with me as soon as possible and arranged to come to the house and discuss options, prices and servicing should i make the choice to stick with Property Webb. The first thing I noted was how well Sam knew not only the area I stayed but the house type and builder of the house. Sam even knew some of the internal changes I made before I even mentioned them! After a sound walkthrough and clear price discussion, I agreed I’d like to take Property Webb on as my agent. Here are my reasons: - hassle free: Sam and her team arrange the marketing, photographer, surveyor all on your behalf you just need to pay the invoices when notified. - Sam and the team will take potential buyers through viewings, so I didn’t need to worry about saying the “right thing” to someone, Sam and Lisa had all the information to provide to a potential buyer to help make an informed choice on whether to offer on the house. - Communication: Lisa contacted me after viewings to discuss how they went, potential interest and upcoming viewings too. I was always emailed a note of when potential buyers would be expected to ensure I didn’t get in the way and could be out the house during this time (which is just what I wanted!). - friendliness and professionalism: Lisa conducted herself super friendly, knowledgable but always with the flair of professionalism. I always felt confident after speaking with her. - aftercare: with offers coming in, I knew the next steps in the process and felt comfortable everything is in hand now with solicitors etc. Overall I am so pleased I chose Property Webb for my house sale. This was my first experience as a seller, Sam and Lisa made sure my questions were answered and I was clear on the plan/next steps. Especially the hassle free experience. Neil, Hollie and Samantha are an incredible team to deal with. They are so helpful, prompt and efficient. Nothing was a problem for them. When an afterthought on our part was raised on the advert description, it was completed within minutes by Hollie after emailing her.
