When it came to putting the house on the market, Sam's professionalism and attention to detail ensured a very quick sale, quite a bit above home report value. Getting the sale concluded was only the beginning of what was a complicated chain, with multiple parties involved. Sam couldn't have done anymore to keep us informed of progress, and it felt as though she went over and above what we expected from a property agent.
