GoogleMy husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Martin & Co. They helped us move into our new place although during difficult times, they always respond promptly to any requests or questions. The property was clean and up to my expectation when we moved in. I would recommend their services
Agent replied
Thank you very much Stephanie.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible agency. After two years of being in the property they still haven't fixed issues identified at the initial walk around. When they do fix something it's done on the cheap and usually needs fixing again. Also, they downplay any mould issues you find too, so they don't care about your safe being neither. Worst letting agency I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

GoogleCancelled a viewing to view another property closer to my preferred area. Was told I would be contacted to arrange viewing never happened. Now found the perfect place through another agency
Agent replied
Dear Susan. Sorry that you weren't successful in viewing the property. We have discussed with the owner this morning, and he has related to us that due to high demand, he hasn't managed to call all potential viewers back. This landlord arranges all his own viewings so it was completely out of our control. Thank you for making us aware and we will endeavour to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Best wishes in your new home.
