About Wentworth Estate Agents Bath

Wentworth Bath was set up in January 2010 by father and son, Adrian and Daniel Laflin, who combined have over sixty years’ of experience within the estate agency market. Adrian Started agency in the 1970’s and comes with vast knowledge having been a regional director for national agencies in the south east running thirty six offices, and went on to own one of the largest independent estate agents in Reading and the surrounding area in the 1980’s. Wentworth Estate Agents was founded in January 2000 when they opened their first office in Berkshire, and it expanded in 2010 when the doors to Wentworth Bath were opened with partner and son Daniel. Daniel started his estate agency career at a young age back in the 1990’s and has always specialised in the Bath and surrounding country market. At the age of 21 Daniel become a manager for a national firm and his experience has become vast over the last 16 years. Prior to starting Wentworth Bath, Daniel had been running a large reputable independent office covering Bath and its surrounding areas. Both partners are extremely focused on customer service and in making sure Wentworth Bath offers good, honest, open advice. Offering this service along with our attention to detail, we have built a fantastic reputation in Bath, priding ourselves that the majority of our business comes from recommendations. We had a great experience working with Duncan and the Wentworth team on buying our house in Oldfield park, Bath. This was our first house purchase and they were really clear about the next steps and what was needed. They also helped to move things along quickly with our solicitors and were very accommodating for providing access to our surveyors, solicitors, mortgage provider etc. They made the whole process very easy and smooth! The house was exactly as we saw it in the pictures and we are excited to now be in! Thank you again.

We bought a property through WentWorth in Bath. Unfortunately, our chain broke several times and there were lots of delays throughout the process, however, WentWorth went above and beyond to support us through the whole experience. Their levels of communication in keeping us informed and their continual support during our many frantic phone calls gave the personal touch to the whole experience and we felt supported all the way through. We would totally recommend them!
