GoogleWe first met Dylan when viewing one of their listings, with an intent to offer. His approach to marketing the property was refreshing; very professional and pleasant. At this moment in time we knew Strattons were the right agents to market our own house.
The service we received was nothing short of excellent. Both Dylan and Alex have been great; their experience, communication and willingness to assist, advise and guide provided confidence not only in selling our house, but also purchasing the new home (via a separate agent). Most importantly Dylan and Alex are likeable chaps. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly recommend/use Strattons again in the future.

After I moved the new place here Croydon.CR04LX. I am suffering lot with a poor response of Street Ahead agency for the resolving the issues. This house is old useless house with single glass window and bath rooms have not repaired properly. I was following to resolve , there is no proper response and commitment. I believe after tenancy agreement the service is worst by your team. I wrote so many mails and crested the problem resolving tickets. Marketing photographs were carefully considered ( to capitalise on natural light) , Dylan even returned later in the day, to ensure the rear of the property was bathed in sunshine and picture perfect . The resulting marketing material was extremely professional .
Our numerous viewings resulted in us quickly achieving an offer at the sale price. The guys kept us informed throughout , with regular texts and calls , all of which were delivered with professionalism and good humour , endorsed through market knowledge.
