Moving us very stressful and they were so kind and understanding when things went wrong as they inevitably do. Pleasant and friendly letting agent handled our move. In fact, found the entire team who dealt with us pleasant and rarely flustered despite our high demands. Would have liked to have completed all formalities with a few days to spare - but we appreciate things happen. Got there in the end. Overall 3 bordering on 4 out of 5.

They are realistic about market values and ensured we got a good price for our property. They presented the house attractively, emphasising the positive aspects of the property. Alex took the time to find out the personal touches we’d made to enhance our home. A sale was secured quickly and they followed through the proceeding months communicating regularly and keeping us updated on the progress of the sale. We were very satisfied with their service.

For various reasons it's taken a LONG time but they've stuck with it, always been communicative and helpful - often going over and above what they should be doing in order to clinch the sale - and we've had a great working relationship. GoogleSimply brilliant experience working with Alex from Stratton's and Partners, from beginning to end. He was clear with process, valuation was spot on, fees were reasonable and he managed the viewings/offers fairly, making sure everything fitted around our schedule. Our sale/purchase took far longer than anyone expected, yet he remained understanding and never expected more from us, despite the additional work this resulted in for himself. Selling your property in Bath, looking anywhere else would be a mistake. Highly recommend.
