GoogleReview from a potential buyers perspective - we saw a property in Widcombe on 27 January. We were interested but had questions the lady showing us around couldn’t answer (re parking, Garage etc). We were advised we’d get a call on the Monday to answer them. Over two weeks later and we have only today had that follow up call! We viewed a number of other properties that day and received follow up calls from everyone estate agent apart from Knight Frank. We have since offered on another property.

So DisappointingHaving used KF to manage the renting of my house since 2017 I had to cease the arrangement when the property manager failed to respond to calls and emails for six months. The subsequent inability to coordinate and execute the closure of the account demonstrated a lack of communication and of supervision by management. This was exemplified by the lack of a response from the Customer Experience Manager when contacted. They were pleasant to deal with but you have to make the running

5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jocelyn Zhang.I would rate Knight Frank 3.5 stars, but Jocelyn herself deserves the highest praise as a property manager. Since my move into this property a few months ago, which had its share of issues, the situation improved significantly under Jocelyn's management. Her outstanding communication skills were immediately apparent, ensuring she was always ahead of any concerns. She carefully arranged maintenance and repairs, consulting with me to schedule these at convenient times and confirming details meticulously. Serving as my main point of contact, Jocelyn's organizational abilities, politeness, and swift responses have been exceptional. Finding out she is leaving is a great disappointment; she undoubtedly has a promising future ahead. Knight Frank truly found a gem in Jocelyn, a talented and polite professional.

As a retired property solicitor I have held a somewhat cynical view of some estate agents but the Knight Frank team in Clifton have exceeded all expectations through their unfailing professionalism, courtesy and calm, considered advice throughout the process. The entire team there are a delight to deal with and they are completely on top of transactions providing helpful support but without unnecessary interference. I would strongly recommend this firm with no hesitation.

She used her initiative, showed me an apartment I had not asked to see but she thought would be suitable. When it was taken off the market she remembered 12 months later and reached out to both parties and managed after much hard work and her pro-active approach to get it over the line creating both a delighted buyer and a delighted seller.
