I reported to Katie on Monday morning 13th December that my Central Heating broke down on Sunday morning, by 3pm Monday the problem had been fixed. I could not ask for a better professional service. I always receive a first class response and assistance from Katie.

Awful customer service and ineffective staff.Have had multiple problems with a rental property and there management of repairs is appalling.Avoid if you can.

I had the worst experience so far! Absolutely the worst agency I have worked with. After we moved to our house, the agent stopped answering our questions, emails, didn't share any user manuals, never helped us about the issues that we had with the flat. They don't event care about you.

Disgraceful, marketing properties at Old Bellerbys Cottage, Wadhurst Place, Wadhurst with known defects and safety concerns. Safety last approach.
Thank you for leaving us a review. Unfortunately we have no record of working with 'Old Bellerbys Cottage' and are not currently marketing Wadhurst Place, albeit we were several months ago. We are not aware of any safety concerns within the building nor were we involved in the development process, so are unfortunately unable to assist. As we have no further information, we would advise you contact the developer or your managing agent should you have concerns. We apologise we are unable to help further as we have no current involvement but do hope you are able to find a suitable resolution.
